Foxy’s Gang: Hansel

4 month old, 18 pound collie mixes

Does anyone remember Foxy, a beautiful, sweet puppy who came up from Tennessee about a month ago? Well, these are Foxy’s littermates, also rescued from the high volume kill shelter in Tennessee. These puppies have a love of life, a joie de vivre, about them, as they wag their tails and smile with their eyes upon seeing you. They are enthusiastic, upbeat and fun-loving.  With their long noses, we think that they may have some sheltie or collie heredity. While with us, they have learned to walk on leash and are enjoying some fall walks through the farm. This even-tempered, happy-go-lucky  gang will make loving pets for some lucky (active) family.

With puppies, we are looking for people who are not out of the house for more than 3 hours at a time and not gone for more than 5 hours a day. We find that families with older children are ideal as they best understand the needs of a puppy.

If you are interested in meeting or another dog at Shultz’s, please click “How to Adopt” above for more information about the “Meet and Greet” and adoption process. We will need an application on file before an appointment is able to be set.  Our “Meet and Greets” are by appointment, at a time that will work for you and us. Thank you!
