6mo, 35lbs, Lab/Heeler Mix
Lucy is a sweet little girl who was found at a high volume Tennessee shelter with her two sisters. She loves people and loves all of the other dogs. And while she may be named after Peanut’s character, Lucy, who was often known for being a little crabby, bossy, and the dispenser of (not always good) advice — our little Lucy’s character is more related to her softer side — which is her fascination of music and unrequited love for certain individuals! So if you play a piano or carry a security blanket, then this gal Lucy may be just right for you!
With puppies, we are looking for people who are not out of the house for more than 3 hours at a time and not gone for more than 5 hours a day. We find that families with older children are ideal as they best understand the needs of a puppy.
If you are interested in meeting these puppies or another dog at Shultz’s, please click “How to Adopt” above for more info about the “Meet and Greet” and adoption processes. We will need an application on file before an appointment is able to be set. Our “Meet and Greets” are by appointment, at a time that will work for you and us. Thank you!
