Marty - Pending Adoption
Marty, 9 months old boxer mix, 65 pounds
The folks at Bark Place in Tennessee, who have been taking care of Marty since age 4 months old have only good things to say about him. He is a gregarious and good-natured boy who will climb into anyone’s lap if they let him, follow you from room to room and generally hang out with you. Marty loves puppies; he will lay on the ground and let them crawl all over him. Marty is very well along with training: lea-trained, house-broken, car comfortable off-leash trained and knows his name. Apparently, Marty has had a spectacular time in foster care: a “good-morning” treat upon waking, a two-mile walk each day followed by a swim in the pond. He is child-friendly and has been around cats, although has not lived indoors with them for a while. Who can resist this big, loveable, gentle goofball? He will be such a loyal companion for a family who will share the indoor and outdoor life with him.
If you are interested in meeting Marty or another dog at Shultz’s, please click “How to Adopt” above for more information about the “Meet and Greet” and adoption process. We will need an application on file before an appointment is able to be set. Our “Meet and Greets” are by appointment, at a time that will work for you and us. Thank you!
